Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any questions or have an issue with your product, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

If your product arrives damaged please notify us immediately using the contact form. Please include a photo and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

We will accept the return of an unused product in re-sellable condition. Please notify us via the contact form within 14 days of purchase, and return the product within 28 days.

The customer is responsible for sending the item back to us using a tracked shipping service. Please package the product/s in outer packaging that is protective and inner packaging (wrappers and candle boxes) that are intact.

Please include your order number for reference in the package so we can identify it.
