10 Easy Ways to Embrace Essential Oils Daily

Life is busy, and hectic so the last thing you need is being told of another thing that you should be doing that is a right ball ache.
We've put together a few ideas that can help improve your mood and make you feel good using just a few essential oils mixed with a cream or carrier oil to apply to the skin.
We've also made candles that make it easy to inhale essential oils with little effort. Enjoy!
  1. Morning Mood Boost: Diffuse uplifting oils like lemon, grapefruit, or sweet orange while you get ready for the day.
  2. Shower Steam Power: Add a few drops of eucalyptus or peppermint oil to a hot shower for a refreshing and invigorating steam.
  3. Workplace Zen: Create a calming atmosphere at your desk by diffusing lavender or chamomile oil.
  4. Natural Cleaning Power: Make your own cleaning spray with diluted essential oils like lemon or tea tree (always spot test first!).
  5. Peaceful Pillow Spray: Combine lavender oil with water in a spray bottle and mist your pillow before bed for a relaxing sleep ritual.
  6. Focus Fuel: Diffuse rosemary or peppermint oil while studying or working on a demanding task to promote concentration.
  7. Workout Waker-Upper: Inhale invigorating peppermint oil before a workout for an extra energy boost.
  8. Post-Workout Relief: Apply diluted peppermint or lemongrass oil (avoid broken skin) to sore muscles for a cooling and soothing sensation.
  9. DIY Spa Night: Draw a warm bath and add a few drops of calming lavender or rose oil for a luxurious at-home spa experience.
  10. Freshen Up Your Laundry: Add a few drops of your favourite essential oil (like lavender or lemon) to dryer balls for a natural fabric freshener.

Bonus Tip: Carry a roll-on applicator with diluted essential oil for on-the-go relief from headaches, nausea, or insect bites (consult a healthcare professional before using for bites).

Remember, always dilute essential oils with a carrier oil like jojoba or almond oil before topical application, and consult a healthcare professional before using essential oils if you have any health concerns or are pregnant/breastfeeding.
